Which subject should I opt for in M.Sc? Does it have a good scope?

I have done B.Sc in BZC.

    Subjects such botany zoology, chemistry and physics makes you eligible for teaching at school and university level both while subjects such as biochemistry, biotechnology and biosciences makes you eligible for teaching at university level only and jobs in industries. Now choose where you wish to work.
