You need to choose geography as a domain subject in CUET-PG. If you want to study M.Sc. In Geography at BHU, it must be one of the subjects at the graduation level or in CUET-PG. You don't have to choose any subject while preparing for entrance exam of M.Sc. Geography from BHU. The entrance exam covers all the aspects of the respective course.
