    From past few years more focus is on the following topics:
    a- Cognitive Ability: It covers relevance and validity of certain assessment and testing methods, including possible bias.
    b- Neuropsychology: It covers tools and techniques for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of common psychological conditions rooted in physiological causes.
    c- Human Behavior.
    d- Organizational Psychology: This covers studies relating understanding relationship between the group and the individual.
