Definitely not. The subjects which are compulsorily embedded in you course-syllabus can never be dropped or crossed out. Those subjects are the basis on which you will receive your respective degree. The Seminar Papers (Optional Subjects in IPU Syllabus), might be dropped by you, but for a li
