BA LLB is a five years course. It includes 5-6 subjects per semester. So, you will get 10 subjects per year. National Law School of India University has trimester so it includes 15 subjects per year.
Subjects are related to BA and law like English, economics, political science, sociology, history and law subjects will be like contact law, tort law, criminal law, corporate law, constitutional law, family law, etc.

Well BA and LL.B are two separate streams where BA means Bachelor of arts. You will be studying subjects like history, sociology, economics, political science, etc. and LL.B means Bachelor of Law. So, the subjects relating to law are contract, IPC, Constitution, CrPC, CPC, company law, evidence, etc.
In integrated BA LL.B, you will study all these subjects in a proportion together for five years. Basically you are getting two degrees.
I hope, you are satisfied with my answer.
    Thank you.
