    Dear Eeshaa,
    Though different MBA colleges offer different subjects according to their syllabus for MBA, but in the initial period, the course syllabus covers the following core subjects:
    Accounting, Economics, Corporate finance, Strategy/Frameworks, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Marketing, Information Technology
    Once the basic foundation has been laid, you'll have the option of specialising in any area that you want. This can be done by choosing several electives. again different colleges have different options for you to specialise in. Some colleges offer dual specialisation while others offer single

    Dear Eeshaa Deshpande,
    Normally, management programmes are offered broadly in two ways:
    1. MBA programme and
    2. PGDM programmes.
    MBA programmes are divided as four semesters. Broadly, the subjects are mixed like accounts, quants, management papers, HR papers, finance papers and other specialization papers will be there. Do not worry. You can pursue it very easily.
