Which subjects I have to choose for full stack developer?

I am currently working in Brembo break India pvt Ltd with 7.5 year experience in Mechanical field I have to change the field from to Mechanical to full stack developer.

To become full stack developer you shall have to get good at front end development as well as Backed. For backed you have to have complete grasp over language like PHP, JavaScript and Java to create backed of a web. And for front end you should learn HTML, CSS JAVAScript ( javascript works both ways
