    Jindal School of Journalism and Communication (JSJC) BA in Journalism and Media Studies lasts for four years and is spread across eight semesters. The BA curriculum follows a credit system. The total credits of the entire semester sums up to 200, where 186 are academic credits and 14 are internship credits. The subjects that are covered in the first semecter of  Journalism and Media Studies are as follows:
