Which subjects should I opt in class 11th and 12th to pursue MBBS?

You need to opt for PCB which means physics, chemistry and biology. Since for MBBS you need to write NEET exam, you must have PCB.
NEET exam consists of questions from physics, chemistry and biology.
NEET exam is meant for MBBS and BDS only. -
You should opt for biology group.
