For Mathematics, you should follow R.D.Sharma.
For Physics, you should follow D.C.Pandey
For Chemistry, you should follow NCERT Textbook.

Firstly, get your basics cleared from NCERT then practice solved papers. Try to cover as many questions as you can and also judge yourself on time management.
