IITs and NITs are good..and also some state universities may also be good.Specify your state in which you would like to do your engg. we can give our suggestions.

The bst is ALL INDIA INSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL SCIENCE, DELHI.
OTHERS ARE- MAULANA AZAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, DELHI., GRANT MEDICAL COLLEGE, MUMBAI
