To be honest, I don't know about Bangladesh for MBBS but I think you should consider Russia, China, and Ukraine for MBBS. Each and every country has advantages and disadvantages likewise universities too. You should call Just for Education for MBBS in Russia, China, and Ukraine.

Every country you have mentioned has its pros and cons. Whichever country you choose, most important is to choose a good university.
Ensure the university is listed with MCI and submit MCI eligibility form before leaving the country.
Now about your question, I can recommend Russia as it is home to some of the best medical universities in Europe. Also universities are experienced in teaching medicine to international students.

I would say Bangladesh because it is similar in terms of medical study when compared with India with respect to (syllabus, study pattern, duration of study, similar medicine, culture, food habits, language (English, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic).
