Since, you haven't mentioned the course, you want to apply for, so overall LPU is a good university in terms of infrastructure, opportunities, exposure, etc. Better choose LPU among the other two.

All three colleges are good. If you go by brand value Amity and LPU is better. Infact, LPU has better placements than the rest two. Amity faculty is good but the quality of study is not that great.
