Which top AIIMS universities are the best for medical students with less fee but higher rank?

All the AIIMS have very minimal fee including hostel charges. I myself am student of AIIMS Bhopal and my fees for MBBS 5.5 years is just Rs.5856 for academics and hostel.

AIIMS New Delhi is one of the best AIIMS universities followed by AIIMS Bhopal then we have All India Institute of Medical Sciences - [AIIMS], Raipur, its fees is generally higher than others after that there's AIIMS Rishikesh and AIIMS Nagpur. All the colleges require higher rank and have lesser fees as they are all government colleges.
