    Oral Pathology & Oral Microbiology and Oral Medicine & Radiology are the two chapters/topics which carry the highest weightage of approximately 15 marks each in the NEET MDS entrance exam. Candidates must note that this is based on previous years' analysis. For the upcoming NEET MDS exam, the weightage may differ. Hence, students must give equal emphasis to all subjects or topics.

    Certain topics are more important to score well on in the NEET MDS test and are given more weight. The chapters on pathology, general anatomy, and general human physiology are the most important ones. Furthermore, there are frequently a lot of questions in the fields of prosthodontics, oral pathology, and dental materials. When it comes to weight, general surgery and general medicine are also quite significant. Conservative dentistry, periodontology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery are important subjects with a lot of question coverage.
