BAMEC (Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Certificate) is issued by the institution from where you complete your AME Training. AME License is issued by DGCA after completion of BAMEC and DGCA exams for issuing the AME. You may get a job abroad also, countries who accept ICAO licenses will offer you
