Which type of course can I do which is supportive in earning in less time that is fully practical course and its valid by government also?

M.Com part 2. My hobby is related to fashion style clothing design but I have my simple B.Com due to lack of knowledge about any course of it.

I don't understand what 'valid by the government' is. NIFT has a diploma program in fashion design and a 6 month certificate course. It hard to say how much you'll earn and how 'practical' it is. You can make uuseful contacts during your time at NIFT and that will help you in earn I guess.
