Which type of inert gas welding is better between TIG and MIG?

Hello MIG welding is more common than TIG welding due to the process being a lot quicker. MIG welding is an easy process to learn than TIG welding. Both welding processes superheat the parent metals into a liquid state, then using a filler material to fuse the parent metals together. The main difference between the two processes is MIG welding runs the filler material from a wire coil through the MIG torch. This wire carries the electrical current and does the actual welding.
