See Aakanksha, the job basically depends on the type of PGDM you're pursuing or simply what we call your specialization.
for instance a finance specialization would give job offers similar to accountancy, financial management etc. SO it all depends on the specialization that you've taken.

Hi, PGDM course content have a close relevance to the practice as the institutes have to ensure that the students are industry ready with innovative teaching practices. Such courses are specific to certain sectors. So I would advice you to choose a sector of your interest and personally meet the universities/institutes offering PGDM courses for more detailed placement offers in different sectors.
Hope this information will help you in the best way.

The type of job would generally be for a senior supervisory nature or of managerial nature but the area of job would largely depend upon your graudation subjects and/or your specialization subject of PGDM.
