Which uni have courses in engineering, located in Switzerland, have teaching in english and also have the application open for Sept 2011 ?

I urgently require the details. The criteria for the univ is mentioned in the question and i am also looking for univ which have low or no tuition fees in the europe preferably in Switzerland but i am open to USA, other european countries as well
