I find it very strange to look for Ph.d. in Sanskrit from foreign university when it is the ancient language of India. To my best of knowledge, no foreign university offers full time/part time Ph.D. in Sanskrit. However their are 12 Universities in India which offer Ph.D. in Sanskrit. For full detai
