Which universities (affiliated to foreign universities) offer psychology honours at UG level?

I just gave my class 12th boards a month ago and I scored 6.8 CGPA in class 10th and I opted for humanities in HSC. My parents want me to stay in India for a year more and then go abroad. So, I am looking for colleges or universities with foreign affiliation so that I can migrate.

    You should prefer University Of Delhi, as it has signed MOUs with some foreign universities.
