I scored 92% in SSC, 91% in inter, 69% in B.Tech & L-7, R-5.5, W-5, S-6 in IELTS.

You can try for Australia because your UG score is a little bit on the down side, and you also need to increase your IELTS band because both the countries need at least 6.5 band. According to me, you should re-take the IELTS test.
