Which universities in India offer B.Sc through distance? Can I appear for UPSC exam while pursuing B.Sc?
I have done Diploma in ECE. I am a government employee and want to pursue graduation (B.Sc) through distance. I am preparing for civil services.

BITS - Pilani WILP rubs a unique program named BS in engineering technology by distance learning. If you have 2 years of experience then you are eligible for seeking admission in BS. You are advised to evaluate whether it meets your expectation and needs.

You can go ahead with IGNOU BCA or B.Sc. You can also appear for civil services with BITS degree.

B.Tech is easy for you in the same subject, which you have studied earlier, so do it from KSOU in 3 years.
