Which universities in India offers part time Phd?
hi, i have done my Bsc,Msc. apparel and fashion technology, having 4 yrs work experience, now i want to do my part time PHD in apparel manufacturing / apparel retail, can you please suggest me good university/ colleges which offer part time PHD in India?

According to new rule of MHRD Govt of india u cant go in Phd in desired mode
u should join as an regular mode only

There aren't many Universities in India to offer PhD and even rarely you would get it in textile or retail yet you may refer to the following list of Universities offering PhD through correspondence:
