Which universities in The USA accept transfer students?what all is required to be accepted as a transfer student?

i would be applying for Eng Hons this year in Delhi University.I plan to transfer abroad after first year since my high school grades are not upto the mark.Is it possible?What all universities preferably in US accept transfer students?

Hi, As per your query I would suggest you to complete your graduation first and then opt for masters degree from universities abroad. However I would also suggest you to make the list of universities where you wish to take transfer, and then contact the international admission department of these
