Which universities in US offers MS in mechanical engineering?

Iam planning to do masters in usa in mechanical engineering.I have a GRE score of 1420 with 3AWA .My TOEFL score is 110.I have done btech from a nit with cgpa 9.1.kindly suggest me universities? Also does low awa score affects the admission?Also,tell me how to choose your specialization?

You should be concerned. Some graduate schools require at least a 4 on the AWA for admission. Departments regularly waive such requirements, but it's a negative point against you even though you have an excellent profile. The department will only waive that requirement if they really like your appli
