Which universities offer English or economics honours?
I opted for humanities (economics, English, history, political science and arts ) in class 12th. I am an average student and seek admission in a college for English honours or economics honours.

You have many options for the same. Any of the Central Universities you look into, they provide Honors degree for both these courses. Let it be DU, BHU, AMU GGV, JNU etc.
