Which universities provide online certification courses for free?

There are some universities which provide certificate course free of cost you need to do the assignments regularly and submit them. please give some details from where i could apply for it any site or the name of the university. and can i know the weightage of this certificate in my resume.

Hie,nowadays a lot of highly reputed universities have started awarding certificates if u watch their lectures on youtube.reputed universities like stanford and oxford have started awarding certificates if you go by their lectures.all the best!
