Which universities should I prefer to fill up engineering forms except for IITs and NITs?

Hello Rekha,
Other than JEE Mains, you can write BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM JEEE, AEEE and MUOET.
These are one of the top colleges for engineering and also equally competitive.
