Which universities should I target with a GRE score of 302 IELTS (yet to take) for MS in business analytics?

I am considering USA and Canada. What are my chances to get into University of South Florida for MSBA programme? I have done my B.Tech in ECE with 86% (till 5th semester).

Chances in USF is decent, your percentile is also good. They will evaluate your SOP, LOR etc. GRE score is okay but it is always good to have a score above 310.
