If we compare IP University, Galgotias University and Chandigarh University for B.Tech CSE, then as per me Chandigarh University is the best choice. As per my POV, Chandigarh is better than Delhi because it is more peaceful, clean and safe. Traffic is less, roads are wide and everything is well-planned.

Pollution is also very low compared to Delhi. Life is calm and not too fast, so students can focus better. Cost of living is also cheaper. Weather is also better, not too extreme. For students, Chandigarh gives a perfect balance of study and lifestyle and as far as about engineering, Chandigarh University offers B.E. CSE prog
