Which university and which country should I opt for MBA among Australia, UK and Canada?
I am a fresher & have recently completed my BBM & applied at Coventry University and Cardiff University in UK and got an offer letter. But in UK, I heard that after my MBA, I'll have to leave from there. So, should I go for Griffith or Deakin University in Australia?

UK is on top for the education. If you want a job after your education then you can choose Australia or Canada.
