    Chandigarh University is better for CSE than CT University because Chandigarh University is NAAC A+ accredited University. All the faculty members are highly qualified.     Chandigarh University is better for CSE as it has different specialisation in CSE itself. CU gives better internships and placements. Cu is a NAAC A+ holder. The university has industry sponsored lab, IBM software lab for emerging technologies, Oracle academy lab. Top recruiters of computer Science engineers in the university are Google, IBM, Apple, Dell, Infosys etc.
