Most of the good engineering colleges admission in B.Tech CSE is based on the entrance examination. You may not able to get admission in any good engineering colleges in B.Tech CSE because of your below average academic performance. You are advised to review your career plan. I think you should go with Jaipur National Universty because your score is not too good or not bad so there you can apply for a personal interview and after getting the successful results you can take admission in CS branch.
