Hi Sameeksha, CU is certainly good. LPU is very popular for B.Pharma programme. B Pharmacy is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a prerequisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical setups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals Apart from imparting theoretical knowledge, the university also aims at cementing the practical side of the course. There are state of the art laboratories. Though both the universities are good in academics but being an alumni let me share the details. The main highlights of this course include: The animal house of the department has CPCSEA approval Herbal Garden with 180 different species Well-equipped library with online subscription for national and international Journals (EBSCO) Pharmaceutical industries honor the toppers with felicitation and cash prize. Students are exposed to industrial and hospital set ups with the help of industrial/ educational tours. Undergraduate students are made familiar to research process by allotting them an individual research project in7th semester. I was part of LPU,I did MBA, I had one of my roommate who was enrolled in B.Pharma I remember she even got campus placement in Glaxo and most of her batch mates were placed as well.
