You must go for the BITS as this is the best option among the colleges which you have mentioned in the list above as in BITS, you will find advantage of getting in touch with companies regularly as because of the location here almost all the companies have their head offices that results in greater opportunity of getting quality placements. -
BITS obviously has better position than VIT as it stands 5th best engineering college all over India including IITs. The average placement for CS is around 18 lacs. I hope this helps you.
