There are two major points to be noted here, One is that Placement depends on the students equally as on the university, as student has to maintain a good academic record and should add few stars to his/her CV to land up on better placement. Secondly, University should not just focus on connecting student with the company, but should polish the student in such way that he/she is able to crack any interview easily. Being and LPU alumni, I have observed that LPU gives you ample opportunities to boost your CV and also focuses on over all development of student so that cracking any interview is a cake -walk. Many LPU students at LPU even h

Hi, What will the job placements? NO one talks about studies or their own skills. I agree institutes are equally responsible to make you skilled and to provide you a placements. But it is candidates own responsibility also to make himself enough capable. So that an institute can easily provide them not only one in fact more than one job opportunity. Although both the universities are private and in fact SRM is also working very well and making a lot of effort to grow in terms of Placements, Curriculum, Co-Curriculum and Extra curriculum. SRM is working equally well as LPU is doing for 2 decades. Due to LPU's Dedication and now enough e

Dear Nomanjee, Both SRM and LPU are good. But being alumni of LPU I can only share the placements details of LPU with you. I would say that LPU is better in terms of placements. In fact, LPU created a new record in the whole of North India by placing its student Tanya Arora with Microsoft, who bagged a package of 42 LPA. Besides, the record-breaking placements for LPU include:
    Engineering- Rs. 42 LPA
Management- Rs. 21 LPA (SOBHA Developers)
Design- Rs. 36.5 LPA (SIXT India)
    Agriculture- Rs. 19.25 LPA
Amazon recruited LPU students on a package of 28 LPA
Internship Stipend- 80,000 per month. (which is really hard to get in other universities)

SRM is no doubt a good university. LPU has one of the largest placement networks. Fortune 500 Companies have hired around 4500 students from Lovely Professional University. The wide array of employers that hire LPU students is remarkable, representing our students' potential and ingenuity in shaping the students. LPU Vertos have secured placement offers from Amazon at a dream package of up to Rs. 30 Lac per annum. While the world is still in a recession, LPU is establishing dominance in Placements and creating benchmarks. In general if I say both the university provide placements. I don't know about SRM but in details I can talk about LPU as I have studied in LPU itself and I had the pleasure of acquiring good placement. In short LPU placement process starts as soon as you enter your final year. In order to ensure good placement no. The university passes you through a rigorous training session of PEP that confirms our selection. PEP runs under the Centre for Professional Enhancement at Lovely Professional University that was established with the mandate to promote professional growth and bridge the gap between the academic environment and the industry.

As an alumnus of LPU, I feel proud to answer this question. LPU has one of the best placement records in the whole of India and that is why students want to join LPU to get placed. Right from Google to Microsoft, LPU alumni are working with the top brands at the package of 1 crore and above. Annually, more than 450 brands come to LPU to recruit the students, where 90% of them are MNCs. Moreover, 80+ companies that recruit from IITs and NITs also recruit from LPU. Over the last three years, Cognizant alone has recruited 1900+ students from LPU campus and has been titled with the Most Employable Students consecutively twice in a row by

Hi, LPU is the best. No one can beat LPU in terms of placements, exposure, academics. LPU not only focuses on academics but also on the overall development of the student. Coming to academics, LPU has maintained a great academic record over the years. The workshops and guest lectures that happen every now and then benefit the students. Also, students get the chance to do live projects at the university. Various opportunities for internships and industry immersion are also provided at LPU. Students also get placement mentoring which prepares them for the placement season. Almost all the good companies visit LPU like Amazon, Tech Mahindr
