SRM University, Sonepat has more value and reputation. They achieved their Placement targets through well-planned training.

In terms of reputation and faculty, Galgotias is much better than SRM, Sonepat. But, SRM, Sonepat has better campus. If you're not limited to Sonepat and the nearby you can try colleges such as KIIT Bhuvanaeshvwar, COEP Pune, RVCE Bangalore, SRM Chennai. These are some great colleges and much better than the ones you listed.
