Hello Hitesh X Artist, it's very difficult to say which university has the best faculty. This is so since many universities have many colleges affiliated with it and they will fit into best, good, okay, bad categories. As per my understanding, IIT'scat Mumbai and Roorkee are the best wishes to you.
