Which university in USA should I opt to pursue MS?

I scored 2.82 GPA in mechanical engineering and have 2 years of job experience. My GRE score is 301 & TOEFL score is 107.

You have a pretty decent GRE and TOEFL score. But your Bachelor's aggregate is bit low. The information which you have provided is insufficient to shortlist the universities. Please provide the information regarding the backlogs, paper publications, internships etc

with all the backlogs my GPA is 2.83 and have not published any papers till date... have 2 yrs job experience core automobile company
