Both the universities are great at their places, as if I talk about LPU, this university is differently great in north zone of India. This university's reputation is above than any other university around and there is no scope of comparison because LPU have their own standards. University management is one of the best in India, that the students of any college have a case study of LPU Management in their curriculum. Funding for start-ups, projects (quality ones) is also in abundance. There are green spaces throughout the campus, including a/c-equipped classrooms, Google and IMAC labs, moot courts, fine art studios, farmland, a space ce

Hi there,

Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT,   commerce,   arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .

I hope this helps,

Thank you.

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice. LPUNEST is their own entrance and scholarship exam.

The candidate's merit rank on the test and the courses and specializations they selected during the online preference submission are the main factors used to assign seats for LPU NEST counseling.  The availability of seats in the selected programs is another factor that affects allocation.

For more information kindly contact their concerned department.

I hope this information helps.
