    Chandigarh university is best for B.Tech in mechanical engineering. There are many reasons for it as CU provides best infrastructure, curriculum and education. CU is a developing university but this is the fastest growing university. This cannot be neglected that CU has great placements every year. So you should go with Chandigarh university.
