You can go for BITS Pilani. The fee is high but it thas the best placements. -

BITS Pilani, VIT Vellore, Galgotias University Greater Noida, KIIT University Bhubaneswar, colleges of Bangalore through KCET or COMEDK, Manipal University, GLA Mathura are some good universities. -
BITS Pilani, BIT Mesra, VIT Vellore, MS Ramaiah and other similar colleges are very good for B.Tech.
