Chandigarh University offers huge opportunity to number of students during CSE and CSE(ibm). If you are good enough in coding and algorithm you will definitely get there.
It is a good choice for BECSE. The placement statistics are really good but most of the students are unemployed. There are plenty of CSE programs that give an edge over other students and there will be the worst training and placement program organized by Chandigarh University to prepare you to become unemployable

If you are looking for CSE I will prefer Chandigarh University would be best as they have some good reasons. As you can check on the website it has graded NAAC A+ which is really great for any private university in the first round.
Every Student needs a placement which CU will surely provide big MNCs like Google and Microsoft.
