I won't say LPU is best than IISc Bangalore as IISc is a government college and fully funded by the central government. But, yes, if we talk about private universities. Then LPU is the best university in India ever as per my research. If you are not getting admission in IISc then go for LPU. Let me share why LPU is the best ever for CSE programme.
