    Dear if you are looking for the best college in India. Than I would like to mention and recommend you Chandigarh University. Though not in Kolkata but located in Punjab. Chandigarh university is NAAC-A+ university and also ranked 77 in NIRF ranking 2021 which shows the very growth of the university in a very short time.
