Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. CHitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC. CU is best for architecture course.

I would suggest CU is better than Chitkara University for Architecture as CU is the only NAAC A+ university in north area. It facilitates quality education to us. Various departmental activities organized to nourish us more. World's best companies visits CU for campus recruitment's and also select students. CU ensures 100% placements. CU facilitates Internships and semester exchange programs to its students.

I would recommend Chandigarh University for pursuing an architecture course than Chitkara because of following reasons:
    Course and curriculum:
    1) Knowledge of the history and theories of architecture as they relate to design thinking, cultural aspiration, social needs, and the evolution of the built environment; including the discourse that distinguishes critical works of architecture from normatively satisfactory buildings.
    2) The ability to evaluate information, formulate significant questions, critique existing knowledge, utilize appropriate methods of inquiry, and contribute new wisdom to the discipline of architecture.
    3) Knowledge

Studying architecture is never easy, you'll have to work EXTRA HOURS anywhere you study it. That's the same at Chandigarh University. Being an architecture student at Chandigarh University means that, while your hostel roommates of other branches will be sleeping, you are working all night on your sheets trying to make the best out of them as you can. That moment of patience is actually very important. The teachers will teach you and guide you through your syllabus but it's upto you whether you handle the peer pressure or just break down. The teachers here are pretty qualified and that's great for a university like Chandigarh Universit

First of all students have a lot of physical exposure to the things they study and has a number of site visits planned to give them the better knowledge of evyrthing they study theoretically. CU has better placements options than Chitkara. Moreover CU is NAAC A+ graded university and the quality of education is to that level.
