I would suggest CU is better than Chitkara University as CU is the only NAAC A+ university in north area. It facilitates quality education to us. Chandigarh University is better for B.Sc. Hons. Physics than Chitkara University. As Chandigarh University is -NAAC A+ Accredited -Facilities for research work leading to the Ph.D. degree in different branches of Material Science, Electronics, Nuclear and Particle Physics, Nanotechnology and more. -

Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. Chitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC. CU is best for B.Sc. Hons. Phys
