I never heard both of them. I am from Punjab and pursuing my studies from regional colleges. In the private institutions, I only Chandigarh University because of its reputation. Chandigarh University, Punjab [CU] is one of the best universities in Punjab and North India which offers B.Tech, BCA B.A. HMCT, B.Com LL.B., B. R. C., MBA, M.Tech, B.Sc. Com, M.Com Journalism and MCA at Cheap Rates in Chandigarh.
